Payment

  • Payments must be made in a 50% deposit upfront; work will not start on your commission until this deposit payment has been received. Accepted currency is USD($) through Paypal ONLY. Be mindful of foreign exchange rates!

  • You will be invoiced after my quote has been received and accepted (by you, the client).

  • Refunds will only be given if certain requirements are met.  

  • Please be sure that you REALLY want to commission me, will guide me in the right direction of what you want for your order, and trust the quality of my work.​

  • TIPPING IS NOT NECESSARY, BUT APPRECIATED!

Inquires

  • All commission inquiries must be e-mailed to me at dragon.drawz.commissionz@gmail.com when commissions are OPEN. 

  • Please fill out the respective form for your commission type when requesting your order to reduce potential errors during the pricing and drawing processes.

  • Provide clear character references, please. If you have no visual references of your character, you can use a character creator (such as CandyBar or DreamSelfy) to get as close to the design as possible and elaborate on any of the missing or inaccurate details. If you need to rely on a description only, that is fine, image examples are still greatly appreciated. References lessen the room for errors and keep the process from being too stressful on the both of us.

  • I can not take every commission I receive due to my schedule. If you've sent an inquiry to the proper email address and received no response after a few days then it is more than likely that I did not-- or could not-- accept your commission. 

  • If you send an inquiry for basic commissions while they are closed, it will likely be left unanswered. Communication is limited to the orders and freelance in queue, and prices and options may change during the time that commissions are closed!

Turnaround

  • The average time it can take for you to receive your finished commission is 1-4 weeks. This window can change, and will be announced if it does. 

  • I will send you a sketch of your commission for inspection of any necessary changes or corrections before I begin the full work. 

  • Once you receive your finished commission, feel free to do whatever you like with it. The only thing I request is that you do not claim to have drawn it yourself, or sell the work, design, or elements of the piece without asking and paying a fee first. Other than that, have fun!

Additional Fees

I may charge extra for:

  • The detail and complexity that certain characters, props, and overall requests may have.

  • Additional characters.

  • Prioritizing your commission over the others. There is an expedition fee starting at $20 and we will discuss whether or not it will be possible before making any commitments.

  • Making changes that require significant effort to your commission after it is already finished. (Be honest when you approve of the sketch!)

  • The ability to commercialize the piece, royalty free, under limited conditions. This is an additional $300 to your order

What I Do Draw

  • Original Characters

  • Fan Characters and fanart

  • Furries and ponies

  • LGBTQIA+

  • Blood and light gore

What I Don't Draw

  • Fetishes beyond fashion

  • Sexual depictions of minors and anything too overtly sexual in general

  • Complex robots and/or mechs

  • Complex or detailed armor and weapons 

  • Anything that shows bigoted implications towards another person, nation, group, etc. (Exceptions would be a character's hatred for like a food or something, or distaste for another character owned by the same creator. Obviously.)​

Refunds

Refunds will only be given if certain parameters are met:

  • ​I take on too many commissions at one time.

  • Something comes up in my personal life and I need to cancel

  • If I take too long to start your commission, you may contact me asking for a refund

    • This is only allowed if I take longer than the original turnaround time​

Your deposit will be granted if one of these parameters are met. It will be returned with the same method you used to pay me.
